Hey all,

I have this sad addiction to having the best of the best, so I am upgrading to a new Power Mac. Thus, I am selling my current Power Mac with an ACTUAL boxed copy of the Production Suite (not the Final Cut Studio suite). So if you're starting your journey into the world of editing, this is a great chance to get everything you need in one package. Specs are as follows.

-Dual 2.5 Ghz Power Mac G5
-1 GB RAM
-250GB SATA Drive
-Airport Extreme
-Bluetooth
-16x Dual Layer DVD Burner (Apple original with firmware update)
-nVidia 6800 GT DDL 2/ 256MB DDR RAM graphics card
-Original Apple keyboard and mouse
-Final Cut Pro license and Production Suite (Upgrade from FCP) original discs, manuals, boxes, etc. (includes FCP 4.5, Motion, and DVD Studio Pro 3)
-Ships with Tiger and iLife 05 with box and original discs.

Looking for $3000+shipping obo.
Similar configured system on Dual 2.7 would be darn near close to $4000 (no production suite) with tax, so save yourself close to $1000.

Purchased in early December 2004, so it has roughly 5 months of AppleCare remaining. It is eligible for the additional AppleCare as well. Pics available upon request. Email me at moviecutter (at) mac (dot) com or PM me. Like I said, offers are welcomed so let's talk. Thanks!

EDIT: Forgot to add, that I'll throw in my 19" Trinitron CRT (recently got a 23") monitor as long as the shipping expenses for it are covered.

SECOND EDIT: I accept Non-CC Paypal, but am also very willing to transact over www.escrow.com. I have done several transactions there and most of you know it's the best route for both parties.

MC,

Would you be interested in a trade for a 15" PowerBook? It's a 1.25 G4, 1 gig ram, 100GB 5400 RPM hard drive, airport, bluetooth, superdrive, backlit keyboard, in good condition?

Just looking to go to a Dual 2.7, that's all, so sale only. If I don't get any bites for buying in the next day or two, I'll go to eBay, then I can feed the addiction. I realize there are few people looking for this kind of setup, but I'm hoping those who are are looking in this general direction.
