Voodoo2 12MB card. Diamond Monster3D. Works great in the Mac using the beta 5 drivers on OS 9.1. Includes VGA pass-through. I'll even kick in a CD with the beta5 drivers so you don't have to scrounge the net like I did. $15
ATi XClaimVR and XClaimTV tuner (package deal). Has all cables, CD's, and the floppy drive. Works wonderfully, but I went with an ixTV card for use with my Voodoo3. I'll even include one of the switched Mac-to-VGA (for use with a regular VGA CRT) for free. Get the tuner, the card, the cables, the software, the adapter, and all that fun stuff for $30.
This isn't exactly PCI PowerMac stuff: 640MB of 3.3v EDO RAM in 10x 64MB DIMMs. Didn't realize there was a difference in 168-pin DIMMs and bought a big pile of the stuff. $3 per stick, buy the whole lot for $20
FWB SoftWindows 98. Includes SoftWindows 98 CD-key, Windows 98 manual with CD-key, and a copy of Windows 98 Plus pack w/ CD-key (normally not part of the package, but I have it and I'll toss it in). Works with OS 8 through 9.2.2. Even includes the retail box. $20
266MHz G3 ZIF. This is the CPU that originally came with my MachCarrier card. Should work fine in any ZIF machine or with any carrier cards. $10
