Up for sale is my:

PowerMac G4 "Quicksilver"
933Mhz G4
768MB RAM
60GB HD
nVIDIA 64MB Graphics Card with VGA/ADC (can use an adapter for DVI, not included)
Superdrive

Picture of it is here: http://img212.echo.cx/img212/7629/p52700037qr.jpg

As you can see, I clean it alot, and take great care of it. I opened it a few times with one of those anti-shock wrist guards to dust some dust out, that's all. Everything was order that way from Apple. Never messed around with it, etc. I have the original papers, packaging, box, etc. No scratches, cracks, marks, etc on the computer anywhere. Looks BRAND NEW.

Please don't make offers lower than $500, as PowerMax will give me more than that on a trade-in.

I need a laptop for my job and for the meetings I have to start attending. I had a deal to trade, but that's a whole other story.

I have 3 or so references on MR, some ebay, one heatware, should be enough to trust me I hope!

I will also entertain trades for an iBook G4 or Powerbook G4 only. No G3 anything, sorry, I need iLife.

Please post here or PM me with offers. I need to get this out and get a laptop.

Dude, no offense, but if you drop a couple hundred on a cpu upgrade you'll have a pretty fast machine. Just something to consider.

Yeah, very often did that go threw my mind, but that won't help the fact that I need a computer to bring to meetings. lol

Thanks for the suggestion though, if I needed a desktop, I would def. keep this and get a 1.4Ghz upgrade.

Probably high, I'm guessing, since $650 is pretty good.

That is a pretty good trade in.. The Trade in value for a 933Mhz PM from MacOfAllTrades.com is around $450.. The only issue is, I've thought Powmax to be extremely pricey on used systems (but then again, it must work for them; they're still in business!).

I would also try SmallDog.. They sometimes give good offers on trade ins, not to mention they're only in Vermont, so shipping would be less.

Good luck homey.

I called SmallDog, they only do trade-ins on iPods. MacofAllTrades.com price is way too low. I don't mind if powermax is pricey on used systems, I'm not buying one.

I REALLY don't want to wait 5 weeks, so if anyone could take this from me for a decent price, I'll even pay the shipping.

That's odd.. Smalldog sells used systems, I would think they would buy them too.. Hmmm.

Anyways, you have a beauty system.. and if I needed another tower, I would glady snag it. The quicksilver is the hottest PM ever, IMHO. Not to mention yours is an exceptional value! If I didn't need a notebook so bad I would have snapped it up by now!

Darn, I wish you needed it ichoosedeath, because you seem like a great person. Too bad.

I just polished it with iKlear. Forgot to mention I have the original box, packaging, CD's, and books.
