NICE FIND! Thank you, sandy! Direct Link

I wonder if it's limit one per customer. I really don't like dealing with rebates, but this is a great deal.

Totally sold out in the Los Angeles area and no longer available for shipping. I should have gotten one shipped when I had the opportunity, but I thought I wanted two before I read about the rebate limitation - now I have none! Damn IT! Of course they'll work in your G5, fred, but they would have worked better in mine. Just remember to line up the notch in the DIMMs to the slot's ribs during installation. Darn, I wish someone could purchase two for me as well. Oh well.

Guys I don't think sandy was a spammer in the traditional sense...I think sandy was trying to pass along good deals when (s)he saw them. This was awesome when it was available.

Take a look at all of sandy's posts, then come back and tell me whether you still think the same......

all four posts? The Harry Potter thing was off-topic, and hte CD wallet was marginal, but this and the video games are things that are regularly sold on this forum.

I called over there; at first the rep said they were out of stock but he then did find the warehouse inventory. He was quite confounded, however, when I told him I'm in California. He asked how I got the number. . He said that it could be special ordered but that one has to do it in person. This rep said that it's "bogus" if another store refuses a special order. He then referred me to two local stores that had warehouse stock, the first of which declined my special order request after conferring with management ("we don't special order RAM"). Yeah, right, they just don't want to give it to me at this great price. Hahaha. Thank you for the lead, Fred, guess I'll keep trying.
