I have some vintage Mac stuff that I need to get rid of, all items are free just pay for shipping... Local or semi-local pickup would be really cool

I have an upgraded Color Classic with the following specs:
42MB RAM (10mb on mobo + 32 more on the accelerator)
540MB HD
10 BaseT NIC
512K video RAM
Sonnet Presto Plus 68040 accelerator
can run MacOS 8.0 with sonnet enabler software
works fine, but the crt is going....

Performa 476
4GB HD
32MB RAM
512k vram
10base T nic
14" Apple monitor

also have an external Apple SCSI cd-rom its a 4x model I think.
I have a couple apple adb keyboards + mice
also have an Apple Laserwriter 4/600 PS w/3 new toner carts in it origional box
additionally I have various scsi cables, etc....
I can even include a cd with old versions of 68k apps like browsers etc..
If someone takes the whole lot, I'll throw in original cds with 7.6 and 8.0 on them....

Hello Dave,

I saw your announcement at MacNN saying you would like to get rid of a Color Classic and other stuff. I'm actually trying to have one running and I'm still looking for a Sonnet Presto Plus accelerator. Other parts of it are really interesting like the RAM and the video RAM, the 540MB HD. I would be definately interested to pay to have this computer sent to me, in Canada. Also interesting is the External SCSI cd-ROM drive. I don't know much about it but I was wondering if its that kind of external drive you can just crack open and put in a Mac that has the proper CD drive bay, like a Performa 630, for example...

Thanks for you time,

Olivier

I'd be happy to send these things to you, as long as you don't mind paying the shipping up front..

Is Paypal the way to go? Also, how do we proceed? Prior from shipping, you send me the precise cost for you sending me the things I take, or just an estimation? You required to pay upfront and I would gladly do that. Thanks

I'll pack the items that you want, then I'll provide you with shipping options, and costs. Paypal is ok, but since this is a shipping only deal, I hope you'll be willing to pay for the fees that paypal charges.. I'm sure we can work something out..
