I've had this computer for about a year, but am getting ready to downsize to one of the new iBooks. It is in excellent condition, runs well, and has no scratches or dents. The screen works beautifully, with NO dead or hot pixels.

Here's the specs...

PowerBook...

  • 15.2" Display
  • 1.5GHz G4 Processor
  • 1.25GB RAM
  • Superdrive
  • 128MB ATI Mobility Radeon 9700
  • 100GB 5400RPM Seagate HD (Upgraded from stock 80GB. HD has 5 year warranty)
  • Backlit keyboard
  • Gigabit Ethernet
  • Firewire 400 & 800
  • Analog audio in/out
  • DVI & S-Video out

Extras (This is stuff I'll throw in)
  • MacCase Backpack w/ Sleeve - $69.95 value
  • Tiger - $129.00 value
  • iLife 05' - $79.00 value
  • TurboTax Deluxe (full version I just purchased)
  • Quicken 2005 (full version I just purchased)
  • Logitech MX700 Mouse (cordless)

Price

$1,700 or best offer

Like I said, this is an excellent machine. I've used it for software development, web and graphic design, game playing, burning DVDs, etc. It's been one of the best machines I've owned, I'm just kinda smitten with the new iBooks.

Here's a pic. I'll post more as soon as I take them...

PowerBook with external monitor attached...

If your interested in a new ibook, i just bought mine on saturday sept. 3, with proof of reciept. nothing is wrong with it what so ever. i used it to mostly burn dvd's. i would have loved to have gotten a powerbook but couldn't afford one since i bought a G5 powermac in may. it's the 14 inch ibook with superdrive, with original box and all the books. plus i can add some extra software if needed. if your interested in a trade let me know, plus you can keep the ram from your powerbook as the new ibook uses the same ram as the powerbooks. as for the extra's i would be interested in an even trade, you can keep them and still sell those for extra cash. feel free to send me a personal message or i can just check back to see if you're interested, and where are you located. thanks
