FS in the 92675 Area (Orange County, Southern California):

Mac mini, one of the early run of "first generation" 1.42 GHz machines. Upgraded to 512 MB of RAM, otherwise stock configuration as it came from Apple. Excellent condition, no mechanical or cosmetic issues at all (Full disclosure: very slight scratches on the underside edge of the chassis, from when I opened it up. Not visible in use).

Purchased in early February, 2005. Balance of 1-year Apple warranty still applies, and you could still purchase the additional 2 years of AppleCare if you chose to.

Combo Drive, 80 GIG Hard drive. Will ship in original packaging, with all original system disks (System 10.3.8, the usual Apple applications and stuff, and iLife '05). This has been a great machine, but I recently bought a powerbook and I'm up to three machines again, which is really one more than I need right now, especially since I've got my school's financial people breathing down my neck.

First offer of $425, payable via PayPal, takes this machine. Yes, that price does include shipping within the 48 lower United States; if you want it shipped somewhere else, you're going to have to pay actual shipping and fees. I'd also be happy to arrange dropoff / pickup for cash or equivalent, if you happen to be in the Orange County, Southern California area. Please PM me if you're interested in trying to arrange something along those lines.

You can check my references over at eBay (mr_brent_k is my screen name there) where I have limited but perfect feedback. I'll hold this offer open for a couple of days, and then (reluctantly) take it over to eBay.

Please feel free to email me at brent (at) fastermac (dot) net, or PM me or post to this thread any questions you may have. Thanks.

Brent

For those who have asked:

No, this machine does not have Airport or Bluetooth. Those didn't become part of the stock configuration on the high-end Mac mini until the recent "refresh" of the line, in late July.
