Both Shuffles and docks include their original earphones, packaging, paperwork/software, and lanyards/caps. The Shuffles are under warranty roughly until February 2006 (can provide proof). I will entertain reasonable offers and combo pricing. Shipping prices do not include Alaska or Hawaii.
