i definitely think it's a fair price. I just wanted to sell it in a place like this rather than go through the extra costs of ebay.

Secondly, I am willing to throw in the ATI 9650 that came with this cpu. I pulled it thinking I'd sell it, but if someone wants both cards then I'll throw it in with the whole deal.
