3 year apple care plan with 2 full years left

minor scratches on the bottom from normal use, 1 tiny mark on the lid that you can only see in bright daylight

still under original apple care
-great machine, only taken it out of my house 2-3 times, i just got it cause i wanted to use it from bed instead of my uncomfortable desk chair.

why would you post that here ? a 12in aluminum pb is not as good as a 14in 1.42ghz ibook g4 , anyway, ill take any REASONABLE offer
