Awesome projector for home, office, or large commercial applications. Here is a good spec sheet on it:

http://www.projectorcentral.com/Shar...s-XG-P20XU.htm

100 Hours on the lamp, rated up to 1.5k hours.

Has extended Navitar Buhl Lens Model 825MCZ729.

You can read more about this lens here:

http://www.navitar.com/av/projectors/lcd_sharp_825.htm

Has IR Remote, Gyro Point remote, manual and software, used in a NON SMOKING ENVIRONMENT.

this was used in a hotel conference room, but was recently upgraded to plasma displays and I honestly have no real use for it.

the projector retails for $10,999 new, but are valued around $7,500 now brand new.

The lens was $2,100 new. I have been trying to find a fair used price for it, but haven't had any luck.

the best offer takes it.

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY, PLEASE. I WILL NOT SELL WITHOUT THE LENS. This is a complete package.

Works with both Mac and PC. The gyropoint software is just amazing.

Paypal will NOT be accepted. checks, money order, cashiers checks, or any other online payment service if we work something out in advance. NO PAYPAL. Local pickup is fine, but will have to be cash only. I am in the Chicago area.

thanks.

Also, I did want to mention that I did not in fact pay the full retail price for this projector, so just make me a serious offer if you are interested. I know I am not going to get $12,000 out of this so all offers will be considered. I was originally going to keep it for my home theater, but it's just too much for my small living room.

I'm willing to trade for computer / audio / and "other" electronics.

I might end up eBaying it if I dont get a response on the forums i have posted on. Thanks!
