Feeler/ FT: Ibook g4

I'm trying to get a feel for a possible trade that I may be in the market for. I have an ibook g4, 1ghz, 384 MB ram, 60 GB hard drive, combo drive, 14.1" screen in good condition. It has some greying near the track pad and a small crack near the mic that doesn't affect the mic at all. It has AE, Tiger, Office 2004 Student Ed. and two games. What I was looking for is a feeler for a PC laptop for school. The spring semester will require me to use .NET for all of my programming classes. Give me some ideas please!

I have the following laptop
The specs are:
Pentium 4 3Ghz HT
DVD/CDRW JUST UPGRADED TO A DVDRW!!!!!
ATI Radeon 9600 64MB Scores 28,587 in Aquamark3
40Gig HD
512MB Ram
Wireless 802.11G works great with B and G
Smart Card Reader
Copper Heatsink mod on Chipset and Artic Silver 5 on GPU, GPU Ram, CPU and other chips.
It was Silver I painted it black but it will DEF need to be buffed. (And I am being lazy about doing it.

this is about what I am looking for in a pc laptop:
Something with at least 14.1" + , preferably 15 inch or larger screen
at least a 40 GB Hard drive
Either an AMD64 OR a p4 with ht, at least 3ghz or a pentium m at least 1.5ghz
The laptop must have its own graphics card with its own memory, nothing shared (unless the laptop is a pentium m)
At least 512MB ram and upgradeable
dvd/cdrw combo drive or a dvdrw drive
NO OS necessary (if you have an OS installed, I need the media as well)
Office is not necessary
The laptop must have a built-in wireless card
The condition must be decent, nothing broken
No dead pixels or "stuck" pixels
