Hi all,

Looking to sell my MDD. Specs as follows;

Dual 1GHz PowerPC 7455s with 1MB of L3 per processor
512MBs of RAM (2x 256MB), 2GB max.
Rage 128 graphics.
60GB IBM hard drive.
Combo Drive.
Other standard specs.

Machine will ship minus a keyboard and mouse, but with a power cord.

The machine seems to be having some sort of stabilty issue. What it is, I don't know. I can usually make it through an OS install without the machine locking up. When I am able to boot to the desktop, things like Safari will close as soon as I open them until eventually the entire system freezes. Same issue in OS 9 and Ubuntu.

I'm thinking it's the processor, but I'm not sure.

I'm not really in the mood to trouble shoot this guy, so I'm looking for $425 plus shipping or best offer. Drop me a line at MacDudeGuy AT Gmail DOT com if interested.

Thanks.

I've tried a Radeon Mac Edition 32MB and saw no difference in the stability of the machine.

probably a dead PMU battery. Try buying one at radioshack or if you want to wait a couple days order one online.
