The base model G5 iMac is $1499. This is an upgraded Core Duo iMac.

this is a amazing deal, considering that all custom imacs are out of stock. especially with the 256 vram that ISN'T defective and the knowledge of no dead pixels!

you can search all you want, there is no way you can find a better deal than this (amazon.com doesn't stock custom models)
