I just picked up an ibook G3 that I planned to upgrade to 640MB from its native 128MB RAM. However I recently discovered that it takes 144-pin SDRAM SODIMMs rather than the 200-pin DDR SODIMMs that I have. Does anyone have some pulled RAM they are looking to sell or trade? Thanks for looking.

are the 144 pin SO-DIMMs the ones that are in Powerbook G3s as well? If so I have a 256 stick of this stuff that got pulled from a 900mhz G3 iBook.

I'm not sure but I have a 256MB stick of the type that I need. I'm looking to replace the 256MB stick with a 512MB one. Thanks.
