So here's the deal...I bought this shuffle in May, but stopped using it in September when I replaced it with a nano. During its four mouths of use it was kept protected with a shuffle-film. Due to this, it is in excellent shape--not pristine, but not overly worn. (It was only four months, after all.) The earbuds, earbud covers, CD, apple stickers, manuals, lanyard attachement, etc., are all brand-new, never taken out of the box.

I just updated and restored this shuffle, and even put its sticker back on it that says "Install software before connecting iPod."...So this is as truly as close as you can get to being new, buying used. I have positive feedbacks on ebay (8 years, all positive responses), and I have sold the occassional item here on the boards. (I've been a lurker/poster since October 1999.)

Not scratched, just took it out of the box again to inspect it. If you are really searching it you can see a few SMALL insigificant scuffs in just the right light. Nothing overly noticable to the naked eye. The buttons look great, because they were covered with a film for the life of my use of it, so they don't show normal wear & tear that would have occurred had it not been protected.

$49.99 + $4.05 USPS Priority Mail + Insurance (your choice) $1.35 would equal : $55.39, which was my inital asking price. How about we go halfsies on the shipping...you pay $2.70 and I pay $2.70...that would bring your total to $49.99+2.70=$52.69.
