hp laserjet 3030 printing problem

I have an all-in one hp printer 3030 which is one year old, and lately when I am using the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), one single vertical black line gets printed on copy. When I am copying from flatbed, copy is perfect normal. I tried to clean the slot for ADF but nothing has changed.
Also any other printing job comes out with no lines.
I have asked the support team from HP, but they did not answer.
Anyone can help?
