just like the title says. looking for a 20in dell lcd, NO DEAD OR STUCK PIXELS , if your around md, dc, pa, or va it would be ideal, but not neccessary.

I'm not sure what kind of price range you are looking at but they are on sale right now for a little under $400. It is hard to find a better price.
