Well, I just lost my job last night. So, in an effort to see what kind of fundage I can raise for my unexpected and unpaid vacation, I figured I'd set my G5 out in the open to see if there's any takers. Specifications are as follows;

Revision 2 Power Mac G5.
Dual 2.5GHz PowerPC 970FXs with 512K of L2 each. Water cooled.
4GBs of RAM in the form of four 512MB Patriot Signature Series DIMMs and two 1GB Buffalo/Micron DIMMs. Two slots still open, 16GB max.
Two 250GB Maxtor MaXLine III hard drives with 16MB caches and I believe 5 year warranties.
GeForce 6800 Ultra DDL 256MB. Capable of driving 30" displays.
Stock SuperDrive.
Original Keyboard and Mouse.
All original packing materials and the box.

This machine was purchased brand new and never opened from CompUSA back in October of '05, so it's still under Apple's warranty.

Looking for $2700, which I think is more than reasonable, but feel free to make an offer. Might be interested in trading toward a lower end machine.

Drop me a line at MacDudeGuy @ Gmail DOT com if you're interested.

Thanks.
