here is the deal:
played the game for 5 minutes, decided i didn't like it, tried to return it to Best Buy claiming it was defective so i could get a new, unopened copy to sell. clearly onto that trick, they now open all the games when exchanging for the same item due to defect; so the game is brand new, without the cellophane. original and return reciept will be included.
asking $50 shipped (it is $60 + tax retail), email/PM/reply with offers. thanks.
