I got my $50 Apple credit (for the iPod settlement).
Alas it will not let me use this credit in conjunction with the fact that I also get a "partner" discount by way of working for certain large company that supplies one of the major chips to Apple. That % discount gives me slightly more savings for anything I care to buy right now from Apple (ie. I can't find any <$100 prices items at the Apple store that I don't already have).
Condition #7 of the settlement form explicitly states "Credits are fully transferable"
so this credit should be usable by anyone, and frankly I'm still irked that I can't use it myself (as was my full intent until last night at the end of my order process when I discovered that the discounts were mutually exclusive

I'd waited several months for it to show up and now discover its value is limited for me), and can't even use it to buy iTunes gift cards for my relatives. So selling this looks like the best course. It is valid for use only on items from the online Apple Store. Sale items (at the store) are valid.
Mike
EDIT: I'd also trade for a $50 coupon to Dell (will buy an LCD)
