Im selling some spare RAM laying around the house. Both chips are for my old PowerBook G4 15" Aluminum. Below is what I have to sell, I accept paypal and am needing to get rid of these cause I have no use for them.. I have no idea on the price just make me offers.

1- 512MB Chip ($45.00)
1 - 256MB Chip ($20.00)

what speed are the chips? are they pc133 or ddr2700?
