Hola dudes. I'm selling my tower and going without a machine this summer to save money for an intel mac, since I need to use windows programs for school next year.

Anyway, here's the lowdown:
Quicksilver with the GOOD power supply and:

SHOW120mm Extreme Turbine Fan from aerocool, chrome with nosecone and 16 blades of death
60mm evercool billet aluminum intake fan with custom 'evil' manifold
80mm Logisys Alien CPU fan
Front speaker removed, 40mm blue led intake fan installed with custom 'bullet bill' mounting system
Logisys 3.5" fan controller that ultimately controls no fans because they didn't mention it uses PWM to modulate fan speeds, so I'd have seizures if I hooked it up because all the fans would be 'blinking'. Lame. Oh well, at least it monitors CPU, GPU and case temperatures. Installed in lower 3.5" bay, modded front chassis and bezel for OEM look
Round silver IDE cables
Blue Fireflies on almost any molex connector
All extra wiring routed behind optical drives, underneath stock IDE cable, and underneath motherboard for a cleaner look and better airflow
Wrapped power supply cable
Blue Aluminum heatsinks stuck on almost any chip on the mobo I could find
Army Men inflitrating inside the case

GO: Gigadesigns Dual 1.33ghz G4, the older G4s that have L3 cache and better performance. Newer G4s lack l3 cache, which slows them down quite a bit.
1.5 gigs of 2700 DDR Ram
9800 Pro, 128k rom so no updating issues, removed resistor to work in 4x AGP.
ATI 2 ARCTIC COOLER, blows hot GPU air out the back of the case
Twin 7200rpm 160 gig drives hooked up to a PCI Sonnet Temp ata133 raid controller card, raid 0 (scary and fast)
Backup 120 gig drive
USB 2.0 card
10.4.4

Must sell in about 2-3 weeks. Make me an offer I can't refuse, or I'm parting it out and selling it piece by piece on ebay. Overall this thing is FAST if something is dual processor aware, much faster than a single G5. 420 gigs of total storage, and a core image compatable 9800 that doesn't flinch for modern games like UT2004. Doom3 admittedly did kinda stink, but it was definitely playable if you dropped some options down. I have no idea how much this is worth, so email me your offers @

suvsareretarded@yahoo.com

Thanks dudes! Pictures in the next post!

- Rob

PS: Ebay nick is cash68, and I've sold a ton of stuff here on the NN before.

Thanks. It is. It's had all the guards removed too, inside and out. The only guard left is on the poewr supply, because i didn't want to mess with metal filings near that. SOOOo it runs quieter than a G5, that's for damn sure. Any offers? If not, expect to see it's guts on ebay soon.

Okay...um.. $1200 obo. I know that's a bit high, but make me an offer on it and I might take it. Again, dual 1.25 ghz machines with not much ram, not much storage, stock noisy fans, crap videocards (that require ADC), and no temperature monitors or round cables or fireflies go for about $800-1000 on ebay... so... this is a totally different beast.

PS: They'll probably ban my account again because they feel that enforcing a bullshit rule all of hte sudden will make their penises grow larger, so hit me up at suvsareretarded@yahoo.com, or IM me.

These are dual 7457s, btw... with the 2 megs of L3 cache on each chip. It's way faster than most of the 7447 crap based upgrades.

Yours are 7455s, actually. 256k L2/2MB L3. The 7457 has 512k L2/2MB L3 and was not offered by GigaDesigns for the 133MHz FSB systems.
