I'm looking for a preferably unopened or bearing a first day skin, in conclusion a scratchless ipod. Extended warranty preffered but not required. I'm close to ucs, California. I need it here before the 20th. I will also buy a charger with it if you have one

Got one for you. It was just replaced by Apple under warranty and was never taken out of the plastic. I'll send you an email and we can talk further.
