VGA video output; S-video and composite video output
Lithium-ion battery for up to 6 hours of running time
Scrolling Trackpad
Sudden Motion Sensor

This was my replacement for my iBook G3 900mHz, and it is BRAND NEW. I don't need it now that I'm not in school, plus I could use the money. I cut the seal on the styrofoam and booted it up for the first time. It is in absolute mint condition, no scratches, it is beautiful. It only has the 1-year warranty right now, but it still can be upgraded to the Applecare plan.

As it was a replacement for my old iBook, it did not come in a box, but this is what will be included:
iBook G4
VGA display adapter
Power adapter, AC wall plug and power cord
Install/restore DVDs
Official documentation

The laptop will be restored back to factory setting before shipping out.

It is in absolute perfect condition, I cannot stress this enough. I have booted it up twice since I recived it May 2nd.

$1,100 shipped; OBO
Please take into consideration that this iBook new is $1,299.99. (http://www.everymac.com/systems/appl...4_1.42_14.html)

Pictures as well as eBay username upon request, for legitimacy.

Please PM me.

Maybe it is because they have them at the Apple store refurbished in the Special Deals section for about the same price.

They also have a slightly less well configured model for under $1000.00.

I am just speculating here but I know I would rather buy directly from the "Mothership" instead of from a private party and not have to deal with any warranty transfer issues among other benifits to buying directly from Apple.

I imagine the machine that you are selling is indeed one of these exact units as I understand this is where they get the ones they replace damaged machines with.

Good Luck though
Ed

But the thing no one can understand through my keystrokes and pixels is that this computer is brand new. Should I be selling it less because I am the private party?

This isn't a refurb, thats for shizzle.

In other news: sold on eBay.

I took from your original post that this was a replacement from Apple for another unit.
If so then it might have been a refurb, thats all.

What does "Shizzle" mean?!?

Maybe no one cares that it is brand new,yes it is not worth as much as from Apple direct.

Anyway if you want more than something is worth sell it where you sold it.

Congrats.
