Looking for the following parts:

-- ATA-100/133 PCI Upgrade Card (so I can override the slower internal 66mhz bus)
-- ATI Radeon PCI Video Card with 32MB or more memory & DVD playback capabilities
-- Apple Optical USB Mouse & USB Apple Pro Keyboard
-- Apple Mac OS 9 CD
-- Toast CD Burning Software (an edition compatible with OS 9 & X preferred)

Anyone have any of the above available?
