I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath tri-level home for rent starting July 1st. The house has 1650 square feet plus a crawl space for storage, attached garage and sun room. The yard is HUGE and perfect for bar-b-ques. Oak hardwood floors on the main level and the two upstairs bedrooms. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled by my current tenant.
The house is a half block from one of the Sand Creek bridges that empties out onto a path on the Fitzsimons Golf Course. Great house for medical, nursing or dental students that go to school or work on the new University of Colorado Health Science Center Campus. You could literally ride or walk to the new campus and never get close to traffic!
I will allow sub-leasing, however one tenant is resposnible for the upkeep/condition of the house. I am also interested in exercising a lease-to-own option on the property in the future.
