I have a black Waterfield Designs small cargo bag that I'm not using anymore. It's in great condition and is a really solid bag. Fits the 12" iBook or PowerBook really well (slip cases for each are available at sfbags.com). Looking for around $100 shipped. These start at $189 new.

That scratch on the buckle I was worried about actually wiped off. Here are a couple of pictures:
