I'm looking for the original memory sticks for my digital camera. I've been having a hard time finding regular issue memory sticks. My camera doesn't take Memory Stick Pro, Duo, or Pro Duo. It'll only take the original and the brand (Sandisk, Sony, Lexar) doesn't matter!

Does it take SD, Compact Flash?

Nope. It only takes memory sticks (i wish it took SD). It's a sony Cybershot DSC-P71. I got it for my birthday right before sony began using the Duo and Pro sticks. So, I'm stuck looking for the original memory sticks. Last year, while i was on vacation, i bought a memory stick pro and the camera wouldn't even read it.

i have a 128mb stick duo made by sony. It includes an adapter that makes it work with regular memory stick products (i have a sony p100, which uses the original memory sticks, like your p71) it is still sealed in box. i bought it in preparation of getting a new sony camera, which i never got.
