Info:
I purchased a stock Core Solo Mac Mini and made some changes. I bought the memory, hard drive, and optical drive at Newegg and the processor from ZipZoomFly. The system has been rock solid for several weeks of testing for a video review I was doing for my website. The system itself is in perfect condition minus a small scratch on the top of the unit that is only visible when you hold it up to light at an angle. This is the fastest Intel Mac I have tested, faster than my 2.0GHz iMac in everything but games and just as fast as my friends MacBook Pro 17" 2.16GHz laptop. I have been extremely happy with the unit and am only selling it because I am done with my review and don't have a display of my own to run the Mini on since I have the iMac now. I will include an Apple wired pro keyboard and mouse. The Mini includes the retail box, discs, and paper work. If you were to do the project on your own it would look something like this:
Mac Mini - $599.00
100GB HD - $160.00
2GB RAM - $165.00
Optical Drive - $75.00
Processor - $450.00
Keyboard and Mouse - $50.00
Total - $1499.00
I would like to get SOLD Shipped via USPS Priority Mail w/Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. I guarantee the machine to run accordingly within the manufacturer's rated ranges. I have had no temperature issues with it, and I did use Artic Silver 5 on the core of the processor when reapplying the heatsink. So far I haven't seen temperatures running outside the range of the Core Duo Mini's sold by Apple.
Picture can be taken by request.
