My good friend's uncle just had a stroke and has lost the ability to use his hands to write and he can't speak. My friend wants to get him an older laptop so he will be able to communicate by typing short notes.
It can be an old 100 series or 500 series. The OS, RAM and etc doesn't matter and it won't be used on the Internet.
He is not looking to spend more than $20 shipped since money is an issue right now. If you want to just give one away that would be great also. Thanks.
