Looking for a powerbook or ibook G4 for around $700

would like 14" or 15" if possible, needs airport and needs to be in good condition with decent batter and power supply.

Let me know what you have and how much you want shipped to florida. This is for a friend who is a PC convert but doesn't quite want to spend the $1100 on the Mac Book...

I may be interested in working something out. I've been looking to get rid of my Powerbook for sometime now. I'll give you the specs a little later tonight (possibly tomorrow) because I am at work right now.

Although, if possible I may want a little more than $700, or a trade on top of cash. I need to look at prices.

How about a 15.2-inch Powerbook G4?
1Ghz DVI
one stick of 512mb RAM
60Gb HD
DVD drive
Airport
New battery bought 2 months ago. Carries a full charge.
Power Adapter
Original box
Original manuals
Original Restore Discs.... its in immaculate condition and I've babied it the day i bought it. No dead pixels...no paint fade.... really great machine.
How's $700 + $35 shipping to FL?

Is this a Ti or AL? Got any pics? Is that a combo drive or just DVD?

Here are the specs for my machine:

15" Powerbook Al
1.33 GHz
256MB Ram
60 Gig HD
Combo Drive
Airport Extreme Card
Original Battery
2 Wall Adaptors

No major scratches, just needs to be cleaned (If purchase is made, I will clean up). Slot above drive is slightly bent because of massive amounts of typing, but CDs are able to be put in/taken out just fine. There is a little wearing of the paint along the same spot as well. No dead pixels. Original box, manuals, CDs are included but the box and manuals have been slightly water damaged because our basement flooded.

If purchased, I can also include a 40gig EXT Firewire HD (if wanted)

If you are still interested I can take some pictures. PM me and let me know. Again, if something can be worked out for $700 and maybe a trade of some sort. Some of the Powerbooks I've been seeing around online have been going for around $850-ish. But maybe we can work something out.
