Both are Apple pulls. One from MacBook Pro and the other from PowerBook, last revision.

$85 shipped for 1GB PC5300

$35 shipped for 512MB PC4200


haven't kept up with RAM pricing in a while, are these in line?

You may be a bit high on the MBP RAM. Generic can be found for $80 or so new, but since yours is name-brand you may be able to charge a bit more.
1.5 GHz 15" PowerBook 1024/80/combo/APE/BT2.0
