Here's the deal.

I have 6 brand new Windows XP Professional Retail, two Office 2003 Professional Edition, and two Mac Office 2004 for Mac Professional Edition. Everything is brand new, never installed or the CDs ever touched. However, the boxes are not available.

I usually do side jobs and received an order to get a few iMacs and Mac Minis for delivery with dual boot and some software. I placed the order for the software and was pleased that they came relatively fast (2 days). In order to save space in my small work area, I took all of the software out of their boxes and kept the documentation and software. However in the meanwhile, the customer cancelled the entire order and cancelled the check on me. I cancelled the Apple order, but CDW will not take these back due to the fact that they are opened and I do not have the boxes.

I have spent about a month fighting this with CDW and the person who placed the order. Now it looks like I'm out several thousand dollars. I'm looking to unload the software at below my cost just so I can at least recoup my costs.

Everything is brand new, just taken out of the box. All software has never been installed or activated and this will be guaranteed.

Windows XP Professional Retail- looking for $160 shipped each, I have 6.
Office 2003 Professional Retail- looking for $350 each, I have 2.
Office 2004 for Mac Professional Edition Retail- looking for $350 each, I have 2.
The Apple Store (U.S.) - Office 2004 for Mac - Professional Edition

If you are building a new system or getting dual boot running on your Intel Mac, please do me a favor and see if you can help me out. I am still pursuing the matter with the client under broken contract clauses, but cannot see them paying up anytime soon and this is really tying up a lot of my purchasing power.

A lot of people have asked whether I have the CoA for these as well since I do not have the boxes. I did cut them out prior to throwing out the boxes, so yes, I do have the CoAs for the software.

Thanks all, bumps are appreciated!

I would have taken the hard drive too, if the cashier at BestBuy last Monday hadn't make the mistake of selling me this one for $149 incl. tax.
