Hey Everybody,
So, it's time to part with my G4 Sawtooth. Im sure most of you know the basic specs, but, in case. its a 400MHz G4 Sawtooth, I put 512MB ram in, and a 20GB HD, it has a DVD Rom, and I put the ZIP 100 back in, also has 2 USB ports and 2 Firewire ports! Everything works like butter, and it comes with Panther, I can put Photoshop on it at request, comes with powercord and if desired an Apple Pro Keyboard and Mouse, not the best condition, theyve been sitting around, but, if youd like them, theyre yours! So, Im kind of looking for a trade on this one, im lookinf for an iPod Photo, or even an older gen. iPod with high storage capacity, Im also looking for a Palm Tungsten T3, T5, T/X, or the like. So I hope someome might be into it, I think its a good trade! Hope everyones doing good, and hope to hear from someone! Thanks again!

Would you like a Tungsten T2 with Bluetooth plus a little cash? The only issue is that the power button is finicky, so you have to slide it shut to get it to turn off.

I know you said you wanted a trade, but would you consider selling it outright if nothing else shows up?

Average price for successfully completed auctions on ebay average about $100, and the-ish.com g4 calculator (G4 Value: Introduction) returned $121 (G4 Value: Result)

Assuming you have the disks for panther and photoshop (they're rather anal about disks, understandably) that would bump it up some as well as the mouse and keyboard...personally i think $150 shipped is decently fair...

Obviously he has the disks, the real question is whether or not he will include them as part of the sale..............

doubtful, since any fairly recent full version (except Elements) of Photoshop would sell for a good bit more than this whole computer is worth. And as we all know, selling the machine with it installed but without including the disks is, shall we say, a booboo.........

Panther, OTOH, can be found for ~$30-50, and could be wiped off the HD so the buyer could install his/her choice of OS
Signatures are ugly. Bitchy women are ugly......YOU do the math :)

Bowwowman,
You got that right my friend, Ill put PShop CS on it, but, the discs, well, theyd be a helluva lot more, and Panther is a fresh install. Also, I decided Im throwing in a Sony Clie N760C in with it.
