Mi name is waldo nagel . i write from Santiago Of chile, i need ask for your powerbook pismo , you sale one, i like buy your pismo.. obviously i paid ship to my country... i love mac , and i need one to my studies,, you can send this powerbook to my country?,,, i pre-paid the pismo and ship .via western union...
it is possible?

PD: some this mac have a problem with the lcd panel.. when start have a pinkt tint " the pink tint of the dead", ist free for this problem?

well it just sounds like bad english. for me personally, paying with western union is almost always a scam but then again i have never dealt with overseas buyers (nor do i want to really take the chance).

Doesn't look like a scammer. Get back to us if he doesn't pay you, but so far I don't see anything wrong.
Being from a different country and not knowing English well is not proof he is a scammer. He has to... you know... have some sort of plan to scam you.

On the other hand, whether he is a scammer or not why take the chance when you have no recourse. It isn't worth it.
And the OP is correct that usually Western Union is used for scamming. You other people should be more cautious.

yea... Western Union is often used for scamming if YOU'RE the one paying. But if he sends you money via Western Union and you collect before you ship it... I don't see anything wrong with that. He'd only be scamming himself... and that'd be a bad scam.
So if anyone out there wants to scam me by sending me money via Western Union first... let me know...

it just seemed odd is all, i mean ive only dealth with people who could speak halfway decent english.. canadians, brits.. germans
