Just like the topic says, I'm looking to sell my 12" PowerBook. I purchased it off of the Apple refurb site about 4 months ago and it runs perfectly with NO cosmetic flaws or dead pixels whatsoever. I thought I needed portability, but screen space is turning out to be much more of a necessity with the web design and graphic work I've been doing...so I'm going to upgrade to MBP.

Like I said above, this thing runs absolutely perfect. The Airport reception is great (I've heard this to be a complaint from other PB owners). Cosmeticly, it's 10/10. Runs perfect and looks perfect in every way, I just need a bigger display on-the-go. This thing is GREAT for portability though.

Looking to get $800 plus shipping. Comes with charger, OSX 10.4 discs, and all other manuals and cables that come with every other new Mac computer.

I would also consider trade for a black MacBook, MacBook Pro, or 15.4" or 17" PowerBook (final rev. ONLY).

I am only accepting PayPal at this time. Local transactions are also welcomed!

I choose to do money order over PayPal because, well, I don't have a PayPal account so I have to use my brother's, which is a bit of a hassle. Also, I've dealt with high priced transactions over PayPal in the past and got burnt by payment cancellations, people getting "cold feet" after I send the item and asking I refund their money, etc. I can do PayPal if absolutely necessary, but I would rather not. It's all the same to me. Send the money, get the item. People shouldn't feel more free to throw out their money just because its over PayPal. You should communicate with someone and get a feel for them and be absolutely certain the transaction is legitimate...at which juncture it shouldn't matter which form of payment you choose.
