Ok, me and sprite agreed on a price for a razor cell phone and the ipod he was trying to sell, as soon as i paid him i haven't heard back from him, i don't know what the deal is. I paid him on the 17th and send him 3 pm's with no responce and since he hasn't had that many references i filled a paypal report on him. this is almost a week since i have paid and i still haven't heard anything from him. just wanted to give everyone a heads up. and sprite if you read this please finally pm me.

i would suggest that you take it up with your credit card. paypal takes too long for resolution. good luck. you can still take it up with your credit card, even after you file a paypal report. i usually just contact my credit card and don't even mess with paypal reports anymore.

WTF is up with all the non-responsive sellers lately? Dammit people, if you sell something to someone here and take their money, get with the program! Ship the stuff and communicate with them asap!!!!!!

Now everyone knows that stuff happens, and everyone gets busy with from time to time, and sometimes we can't respond to ems & pms as quickly as we would like to, but any communication is better than NONE

Sprite IS a newbie here, did you check if he has any ebay or heat feedback ?

I would file a complaint w/ my CC company ASAP and get them to do a chargeback. That wont get you your stuff, but at least you'll get your money back, and they can pursue "Sprite" afterwards........

i didn't use a cc, i used paypal funds i had available i usually keep alot in there for spending and what not. i hope i get my money back i guess i'll find out on the 29th. like i said he was paypal verified, and that's another assurance i had, but as soon as i sent the money and didn't get any pm's back, that's what worried me. does anyone know if he is part of any other forum?

i spoke to paypal today b/c i only got a refund of 1.48 and basically what they told me is that in 90 days if he doesn't give me my money back they will turn him over to a credit agency and if he doesn't pay them his credit score will get f'd. so sprite if you reading this have fun trying to get a credit card or a house with a credit score of like 4. best bet is to give me my money back. oh also paypal said if he doesn't pay the credit agency they will prosecute them. so sprite have fun oh and his name for everyone out there is Jon Cao once again if anyone knows his phone number or address please please pass it along to me. thanks.

Jon Cao, just sounds familiar. I dunno. Maybe I've dealt with him before or I've seen him somewhere in my Paypal payments list. Just cant remember where...

I'll do a search for you on my email, see if I can find something. That name just rings a bell somehow..
