I just upgraded from Powerbook 17" G4 to MBP 17", hence I am selling this memory.
Made by samsung, the 1GB PC2-4200 DDR2 ram is the OEM memory for the latest Powerbook G4. I was having problems with other brands, that's why I bought the OEM memory.
It should work with other laptop as long as they are using PC2-4200 DDR2.
I could help installing the memory if you live locally (San Francisco)
Please check and make sure that your powerbook has DDR2 type of memory.

This will NOT fit into DDR type of memory. This will Only fit DDR2.
