I think both your price may be a little high for a stock model, and people may be waiting for tomorrow or Wednesday to see if Apple rolls out the merom macbooks/MBPs...I'm actually interested in both your MB and MBP. Is the MBP 128 or 256 vram? Plus, most members here are members on Macrumors, where both the same Macbook and MBP are on sale for cheaper than they are here...so if you want to move them, you might want to check current market prices...just my $.02

urm.. so the noob tells TerryJ... good thing Terry is a good guy, and reputable. If I was in the market I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this.

Thanks for the kind words jbmitt. Seems there are always those talking about lower prices somewhere else but they don't buy there either. Sheeesh. I did say that I was accepting offers didn't I? Just nothing ridiculous. Seems that you have to say that otherwise the crazy-low offers come rolling in. Believe it or not, I have had people offer me things like $1,000 for the MBP.

Either way, my machines are for real and ready to ship immediately and not some vapor-rumor-of-a-maybe. I do research the market and price them fairly based on the spectrum of dealers, forums and other sites.

BTW, the MBP has the 128 video.

I'd hate for a noob to think MBP. I'd feel lost if I didn't receive some lowball offer online.

He was talking about his MBP, I actually know quite a bit more about computers & the like than you think my friend...just b/c my post count on here isn't that high, don't discount me as a noob or that I don't know what I'm talking about...of course the MB doesn't have 128 or 256 mb of vram for god's sakes it has the integrated gma950 graphics card, which shares with the system memory...based on the fact that YOU wrote "ahem, MB" assumes that you believe the MB actually does have 128 mb video, which means you're more of a noob than me. Period.

Thanks for the posts, but yes... I was referring to the MBP that I posted later in this thread when I mentioned the 128 video. As we all know by now, the MB comes only with the GMA950.

You my friend THOUGHT I was talking about YOU. I believe jbmitt was talking to YOU....not I. My reading comprehension is just fine. I can be a prick and rip you but that's not how I represent myself on the boards or in person. I personally do not have an opinion about you or your actual knowledge because I don't know you. So I don't know how you know so much about me. With that said, read the posts more carefully before making some inadequate post about someone you have no idea about.

My initial post was just a friendly bump for a decent guy that I've exchanged a few friendly posts with in the past. I didn't post it to insult you but to make sure there wasn't any confusion (for a "noob") that a Black MacBook was being sold here and not a MacBook Pro.

IF I insulted you or anyone else that has read this thread then I apologize. It's not meant as a insult.

Wow, thanks for the posts aaardal and also the kind words. Maybe I even added to the confusion a little by adding some items later on as they came available. I hope I didn't add confusion myself.

Anyway, everything is still available at this point but I do have some serious interest in the black MacBook going right now but no one has actually confirmed it. Also, the Garmin is an awesome GPS unit. I just got a touch-screen model but the Garmin, being built into a Palm device, covers a lot of bases in one compact package.

Anyway, thanks for everyone's interest and if anyone is looking for a nice item at what I believe to be fair pricing, please feel welcome to let me know.
