Ok in store at circuit city, I know because I work there, you can get this drive for 8 bucks
WDC WD1600JSRTL. Its a 160 gig sata drive. It is 47.99 and you get a 40 dollar mail in rebate. Its an out of production unit and my store had 3 of them and some other local stores had a couple but its slim pickins. I just thought i would spread the word if anyone needs a new drive. Im not sure if this is where to post this so move if needed. And good luck to those if you look and can find some in stores

Buy the Western Digital Internal Hard Drive (WD1600JS) and other Hard Drives at circuitcity.com
Thats the link to the drive on ccity website. The price is different in the store though. It Is 48 and then a rebate also prints out. We had a few employees buy them already and the rebates say the drive qualifies so its for sure a deal.

Thanks for the heads up! I just ran to Circuit City on my lunch break. They had them there. No mention of the rebate at the store and it did not print a rebate with the receipt, but when I got to work I looked it up online and there was the form. $40 mail in rebate. Paid $45 at the store.

Thanks a lot.

no problem. see it printed at my store and other local stores. But as long as u got it then cool. Even if you dont get a rebate 45 bucks is actually a good deal. Anyways Im glad others can confirm this lol.
