Really? I didn't want to say too high. Perhaps I should do some more research on how much these are going for.

BUT, the kicker for me is, can the refurb at the apple store guarantee you "no dead pixels?" remember, apple considers dead pixels to be acceptable to a certain extent.
that why i prefer to buy used. the owner can guarantee the lack of dead pixels.
it is a great price for the blacbook.
