Pretty much like new, lightly used, only about 5 months old. Includes extended AppleCare. Specs are:

• 2GB RAM (upgraded from 512MB)
• 80GB 5400RPM SATA hard drive
• 4x SuperDrive (DVD±RW/CD-RW)
• 13.3" glossy widescreen (1280 x 800) - no dead pixels!

Everything in pristine condition. I've kept a Marware protection pack on it since I've had it that protects the wrist rest area and keyboard. This unit has also been sent in to Apple support to have the sudden shutdown problem fixed. Comes with original box, manuals, DVDs, etc.
