SOLD!

For Sale

2 sticks of G.SKILL 1GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Notebook Memory - Retail (Lifetime Warrenty)
(reviews: here)

This memory works with:
  • MacBook
  • MacBook Pro (Core Duo)
  • MacBook Pro (Core 2 Duo)
  • iMac (Core Duo)
  • iMac (Core 2 Duo)
  • Mac mini (Core Solo)
  • Mac Mini (Core Duo)

I bought this for a MacBook 1.87ghz machine. I returned the MacBook due to some of the problems with that machine so now I have no need for these. It's been tested in a MacBook, MacBook Pro, and an Intel iMac Core 2 Duo. I left MemtestOSX running for over 24 hours to check for any errors and such. Not a single one found. It was awesome running OS X under 2 GB, while having a bunch of applications and Windows XP with parallels.

Asking Price
Prefer: 2 sticks together - $185 shipped (USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail)
Might Consider: 1 stick - each $96 shipped (USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail)

I'd really prefer to sell the 2 sticks together. But if 2 people are asking for one each, then I'll go that route.

I only accept PayPal. My PayPal account shows "verified (18)" if that means anything to anyone. Here is my eBay profile (a feedback of 46, 100% positive, mostly with me selling). Feel free to message me through there if you'd like to verify that it is indeed my account. My e-mail is the eBay account @gmail.com. PM or e-mail me for any questions. Thanks.

looking at how much the prices for RAM have increased over the past couple months, i think this is a very competitive price point (especially at shipped prices compared with tax/shipping from retailers). i don't see myself swaying too much from these price points, unless i use cheaper shipping than priority mail. please PM/e-mail me if interested. thank you.

brokecollegestudentF04 - yup, it works with both mac mini core solos and core duos.

LSK6453 - yes, both sticks of ram for $185 shipped.

may i add that i only ship to the United States at these prices. i'm not too familiar with shipping prices out of the US and don't really want to deal with currency conversion through paypal.

Ronin, would the lifetime warranty on these sticks cover me since I was not the original purchaser, which you were?

If so, then I will take them for $185 shipped

Thanks

Larry

i purchased these directly from newegg.com, but the warrenty itself is covered by gskill. you can find their warrenty information at gskill > click on support (sorry, their website doesn't seem to support deep-linking). it is in the original packaging, but gskill will only void the lifetime warrenty if:
Warranty Void
No express or implied warranty is made for product if following points meet:
1. Warranty sticker is removed
2. Physically damaged (e.g. racks, missing pins, nurnt contacts, or bent leads)
3. Any unathorized disassembly, repair or modification (includes heatsink)
4. Use thermal paste to make the memory chip print damaged as the photo below
before purchasing the product i did intensive research (forums and a ton of googling) and found they're pretty famous on the PC side. my paypal e-mail is the eBay account @gmail.com if you are interested. (the eBay account is afridaynight).
