I have a 1 GB PC2700 333 MHz SO-DIMM for Powerbook/iBook G4 computers (except for the last revision of the Powerbook G4, I believe). Please verify compatibility with your computer before emailing me about this!

It is a Crucial/Micron branded-chip and works perfectly. I used it in my Powerbook G4 1.5 GHz (15") before it died and I parted it out.

Asking price is $95 shipped.
