Ipod is in good working condition, recently refreshed with a brand new battery. The back of the unit has normal fine scratching (see detail pic) and the screen has a couple of very fine (again, very normal/average) hairline scratches from normal use (nothing that inhibits viewing and/or operation of the device). Item in the pictures *IS* the actual item, email with any questions.
