Another WTB: Unlocked Cell phone, or Cingular phone...BlackJack??

Hi again. Getting a Japanese phone from suneohair over at MacRumors. Honestly I don't think it's going to work here, especially for Cingular, and I need a quadband phone.
I think the phone comes in Monday. It's a Hitachi W32H. I'll give you the link to his thread about it. It's got a list of features. Sounds neat, but I probably can't use it.

Err...like I said, I need either an unlocked quadband/world GSM phone or something from Cingular. I can give you those 2 phones plus cash for a BlackJack...
If it's not a BlackJack, what I'm looking for is:
Quadband/world...at least have an 850MHz band frequency..
Camera
Speakerphone
MP3 player
Can't be a boulder...needs to be kinda slim
No Motorolas. Unless it has a different OS than RAZRs...

i have a samsung ultra slide phone that does all that you want, it is quad band and unlocked, i even use it with cingular here, comes with case and 256 chip which is expandable up to 2 gig, nice phone, and i would sell for 400 our right or 250 plus your 2 phones, let me know, i would prefer the 400 as i already have 2 razr phones
again let me know as soon as possible
