I have a 4th generation iPod that is practically brand new. I'd rate it a 9 out of 10. And it is still under warranty for 2 months. This is my second 4g. My first one had a HD failure, and they replaced it with this. But to tide me over, I bought a Nano until I could take the 4g to the Apple store.
The original warranty was supposed to run out in Feb. but this one is under warranty until Sept. So if anything goes wrong, your covered.
I've barely used it and it still has the clear click wheel cover.

This is a great deal for a barely used 40gb iPod considering a 2gb nano costs $150.

It is not the photo version. Just the standard iPod, 40gb.
It comes with a dock, firewire cable, wall a/c adapter, and headphones.
