No offense, but Apple sells refurbed 512mb shuffles for $29.99 and they include headphones... just thought I'd point that out.

Correct, but they are close to NEVER in stock at that price.
Also you need to add taxes and shipping to that.

With shipping + tax the total is $35 for me - and I just bought one this morning.... so they ARE often in stock.
