All,

This is the cost of moving into a VERY tiny place. I’ve got a boatload of stuff I need to get rid of.

What I want is a top of the line 12” PB (possibly an iBook) and a Treo 700p (gotta be Palm OS). I'm willing to sell this stuff outright or make trades, but I'm only interested in the PB and the Treo, so . .

Here’s what I’ve got to offer:

(1) MDD 1GHzDP / 2 GB (Crucial) / SIIG RAID with 2 80GB Diamondback, 8MB buffer / both Super and Combo drives / Bluetooth
$950

(2) Apple 17” Studio Display (acrylic), with box and all original packing
$250

(3) Treo 650 (verizon) with Speck black ToughSkin, screen protector, 512MB SD, original box, software, accessories, and manuals.
$225

(4) NIB MDD power supply
$100

(5) Used MDD power supply
$65

(6) NIB Linksys Broadband WRT-54G—FLASHED DD-WRT
$70

(7) Linksys four port wired router
buy me a latte if you’re ever in the NYC area

(8) 256MB PC2700 (333MHz) DDR SDRAM
$25

(9) 256MB PC2100 (266MHz) DDR SDRAM
$25

(10) 512MB of PC2700 (333MHz) DDR SDRAM
$50

(11) MDD chasse (front panel, antenna, sleds)
$70

(12) iSight (original box, cd, attachments)
$300 (Can you tell I don’t want to part with it? Still, they’re going for this on eBay . . .)

(13) Original Airport Card
$90

(14) Kensington Wireless Pro Trackball
$35

(15) ATI Radeon 9000 Pro: (64) AGP (I think but have to check—pulled from a MDD 867DP)
$80

(16) MDD 867DP processor card
$100

(17) Mini 1.25GHz PPC MoBo—DEAD!
$10

(18) MDD 867GHz PPC MoBo—DEAD!
$10

(19) Mini power brick
$30

(20
) Various mini, clam, MDD parts as well as cables, DSL/Cable modems, NICs, SCSI PCI, ethernet cables, you get the idea.

Now, I’ve got 100% on eBay, and while that’s not a lot, I take it very seriously. If you buy from me, and you are not entirely satisfied, we will work it out. Just send me a message. And, if you have any questions or want pictures, again: message me.

This isn’t about me making a killer profit . . . I’m just trying to lighten the load and get the gear that’ll work for me . . .

Cheers!

What is number 7 supposed to mean? And $300 FOR AN ISIGHT?! Crazy....in my opinion. Good luck though.

(7) Means that I'm not looking for any money--just for the buyer to cover shipping (I was kidding about the latte)

I agree about the iSight! I paid someing like $130, new. But they're going for $275-300 on eBay (I guess b/c they've been discontinued). . . . whatever . . .

Sorry about the prices--literally just pulled them off of eBay. (Would really rather have just left it up to you all to make offers, but the rules don't allow that . . . so, first hit on eBay is what I put in . . . far from carved in stone though.)

Yes, I believe that I do still have the case (as well as the frame and such--no drives, though). Didn't list it because I was thinking of turning it into a sort of ministack/hub thing. What's it worth? (Really hesitent to name prices, after the mods reaction to my initial list.)

Can you post or PM a list or pics (pics may be easier) of what you've got for clam parts? Broken clams keep showing up on my door so I'm usually in need of just about everything.

On the whole pricing thing... Ebay's gone a little nutty, especially with isights - folks shopping here are looking for the rates you'd sell to family (provided of course, you *like* your family.... I've opened a can of worms there but you get my point ).

Heh. Family prices. :-)

As for the clam parts, not too many since I end up with a lot of those too. Just pieced together pretty much all that I had but for the indigo that I'm hanging on to. I've still got a tangerine palm rest and might have a keyboard (not sure) . . . various screws . . . modem . . . busted LCD . . . DC board.

The mini (was a 1.25) I've still got it . . . that is, case, frame, modem, dead mobo w/processor.

I'll take pics tomorrow, though if you are interested in something in particular, I'll see about shooting some out to you tonight. (I was hoping to avoid some picture taking, though . . . like dead mobos and nib stuff . . . but obviously I'm too new at this to gauge that sort of thing--I had no idea that eBay was so inflated, for instance.)

cheers!

Do you have a clamshell keyboard? If so, will you trade for it or sell it on the cheap? I'm not interested in paying at the eBay level - those things are going for $30 or more, and I don't have that kind of money right now. I'm looking for maybe $10 shipped or a trade. I have an older Targus USB port replicator that works with Windows, as well as some random crap. I'd also be interested in the palm rest (also for cheap) or any other clamshell parts you happen to have - CD bezel, power adapter, inside display bezel...

Let me know. Thanks!

What clamshell parts do you have?

I'm in need of a keyboard and a power adapter.
